I'm tired
of this.
everything
is meaningless.

Except, while I agree,
I disagree
because I have a hope
of eternity,
and that hope gives
every person
in this world
a meaning, a purpose.

Am I going to be selfish,
and live in meaninglessness
or give all I can?

Lead me, Father.

Thank you for humbling me.
Help me to have the words to say
to this person
who's heart is hurting,
this person
who needs your healing.

You make all things new.
